MALT/GRAIN BILL

3 lb (1.4 kg) 2-Row Pale Malt
3 lb (1.4 kg) British Crystal Malt
0.75 lb (340 g) Midnight Wheat (Briess)
10 lb (4.5 kg) Pale Malt Extract

HOPS ADDITIONS

2 oz (57 g) Chinook at 60 minutes
1 oz (28 g) Centennial at 30 minutes
1 oz (28 g) Chinook at 30 minutes
1 oz (28 g) Centennial at 10 minutes
1 oz (28 g) Chinook at 10 minutes
2 oz (57 g) Centennial at 0 minutes
2 oz (57 g) Cascade at dry hop

DIRECTIONS

Mash for 60 minutes at 145°F (63°C).

YEAST

Wyeast American Ale Yeast (#1056)

BREWER’S NOTES

After fermentation, add the remaining hops to the vessel. Dry hop for 6 days, then bottle or keg.
