Aroma: "Mandarin orange aroma heavy upfront with light citrus behind it. Light spicy, earthy like spiciness in the background."

Flavor: "Moderate bitterness upfront with a light orange character in the middle. Orange is less pronounced in flavor than in the aroma. Light biscuit maltiness but not sweet, light body. Fruit flavors are a bit muddled and should compete with the bitterness."

Overall: "The blend of herbal, spicy, and citrus play well together. Light and refreshing."

New Belgium Brewing Voodoo Ranger Foeslayer IPA

A small-batch collab—there are only 30 barrels—between Voodoo Ranger and Acquisitions Incorporated, this 7 percent ABV DDH hazy IPA is loaded with Mosaic, Strata, and Sabro hops for a big, round tropical aroma and a super- smooth mouthfeel. Brewed to be served at PAX East—a celebration of gaming and culture—in Boston in April 2022, Foeslayer will also be sold in limited quantities in New Belgium’s tasting rooms and online with direct shipping to consumers in select states.
