Flavor: “Well balanced. Sweet lemon character and light malt sweetness. Pronounced saison yeast character with unique hops that work well but are a departure from the norm. Good, lovely hop complexity with medium bitterness. Crisp, nice carbonation delivers flavors well. Slight carbonic twang.”

Overall: “Exceedingly refreshing, balanced, and drinkable. Good complexity of both hop and malt with mild spice and slight sweetness. I liked this and could drink a lot of it.”
